Our apologies that we've had a couple of spam users sign up and add their muck to the community. At the outset, we determined to try and keep things as open and flexible as possible, so didn't want to impose a requirement to wait for administrator/moderator approval. It's official... TEDxCalgary 2011 is coming!

We're excited to announce that TEDxCalgary 2011 is a reality, now that our licence renewal has been approved by the great team at the TEDx organization.As announced in a previous blog post, we are actively planning for next year's event and will be holding a series of sessions in the late summer/early autumn (yes, we'll be taking most of the summer off!) to engage your ideas and talents. Congratulations to Jonathan, Rahim and Buffy on an amazing event and thanks for your heroic efforts on behalf of Calgary's idea people.
